Data Deletion Instructions

If you wish to delete your 2or3 Prayer App account and all associated data (including your profile, prayer requests, and responses), you can do so easily through the app or by contacting our support team.

Method 1: Delete via the App (Recommended)

The fastest way to remove your data is directly within the mobile application:

Step 1: Open the 2or3 App and log in.

Step 2: Tap on the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.

Step 3: Tap the Settings gear icon in the top right corner.

Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and tap the red Delete Account button.

Step 5: Confirm your choice. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Method 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request manual deletion of your account and data.

Please send an email to support@2or3app.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Our team will process your request and securely delete all your data within 7 business days.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Your profile information (name, avatar, country) is permanently erased.
All prayer requests you have submitted will be permanently deleted from the community stream.
Any responses or "Amens" you provided to others will be anonymized or removed.
Your authentication links (Apple, Google, Facebook) will be unlinked from our system.

Note: This action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
